Island at Eagles Nest, Russell

Eagles Nest is one of the world’s most exquisite luxury accommodation estates including five multi million dollar award winning holiday homes.

Miller Design was contracted by Lindesay Construction to manufacture and install the windows and doors, and to design the large sliding doors with the key features of closing together at the corners and with a sill level flush with the floor - both features of which seek to provide the viewer with an uninterrupted view of the magnificent scenery. This Miller Design undertook with the design of two new aluminium extrusion dies, and a fair bit of ingenuity. Miller Design then dealt with the logistical issues of installing and glazing in a far off location.
