The Flush Glaze Systems are a versatile product that can be used in a variety of situations from the single-storey office/factory complex to multi-storey, high-rise apartments/office towers. Originally designed in 1986, the system has been used extensively in all parts of New Zealand and overseas and updated regularly since.

The benefits of using the Flush Glaze Systems are in the variety of appearances you can achieve by using its many and varied glazing options. Flush Glaze is a Curtain Wall System designed specifically with flexibility in mind, allowing mullions and transoms to be concealed or exposed in any combination. This is achieved through either structural glazing to create a seamless or mullion/transom-less appearance or through beaded glazing. Both can be single-glazed with reflective glass or double-glazed up to 25mm.

The Flush Glaze Systems are available in two sizes. The 100mm range is ideal for low-rise buildings where spans and wind loads would not be a limiting factor. The 150mm range is capable of spanning greater distances between fixing points, and can be subjected to very high wind loads on high-rise buildings.
